We offer a 48-hour return policy for SEALED items that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be unused
- Have tags
- Be in their original packaging

Eligibility Conditions
- Returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code), and include all packing materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, free items, and accessories.
- Items not meeting these conditions may incur a minimum 15% restocking fee.
- The retail value of any free items kept will be deducted from your reimbursement.
- We can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Nonreturnable Items
- Opened TVs, combos, and monitors (if the original packaging is unsealed)
- Opened computers and computer software (if the original packaging is unsealed)
- Electronic software downloads
- Opened consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CDs, DVDs, ink cartridges, etc.)
- Computers/laptops built or modified by TechnicaMV to customer specifications
- Select special-order merchandise or items marked as nonreturnable
- Underwater equipment that has been submerged
- Opened or unwrapped educational tapes and books
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
For the quickest resolution, return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
