Preorder Terms and Conditions

Preorders are for items that are currently unavailable or sold out. By placing a preorder or backorder, you agree to secure the item with a down payment. Please read and understand the following conditions before placing your order.

Payment:

• A partial payment is required and should be made via Bank Transfer or Cash.
• The total amount due includes shipping charges, insurance, import duties, customs charges, and an 8% GST. There are no hidden fees.
• You must pay the full amount as stated in the quotation.

Cancellation:

• You may cancel your preorder at any time before we place the order with our supplier and receive a full refund of the purchase price without interest.
• If TECHNICAMV cancels your order, you will also receive a full refund of the purchase price without interest.

Estimated Date of Arrival:

• Packages with Express Shipping are expected to arrive within 4 to 8 days (excluding Fridays).
• Packages with Economy Shipping are expected to arrive within 12 to 18 days (excluding Fridays).
• You can choose your shipping preference at the time of order.
• While we can track your package, we cannot guarantee the exact date or time of delivery due to factors beyond our control (e.g., technical problems, natural disasters, customs delays).
• The maximum delivery time is 25 days. If the delivery exceeds this period, you are entitled to a full refund.

Delivery:

• Once your order arrives and is received by our team, we will notify you via contact number, email, and other provided social media platforms.
• In the event of lost items during shipment, we will refund the full amount paid and offer a discount on your next purchase.
